Shirley Irene Roberts Shaw, 66, of Boise, Idaho, died on Oct. 31, 2017, at her daughter’s home in Meridian, Idaho, peacefully with her daughter and son by her side.
She was born March 25, 1951, to Orban Roberts and Madeline Crevier in Nampa, Idaho. She was the youngest girl of eight siblings.
In 1969 she met the love of her life, Dean R. Shaw, and they married on May 16, 1970.
They had six children: Dean Shaw of Boise, Niki (Kevin) Gregg of Boise, Robert (Nancy) Shaw of Boise, Shawn (Melissa) Shaw of Grangeville, Idaho, Casey Shaw of Boise, and Brandy (Andrey) Galushkin of Meridian; 18 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She loved to spend time with her family and shop (especially for shoes and purses).
Shirley was loved by so many and those who knew her always remembered her by her spunkiness.
Shirley is preceeded in death by her husband, Dean; her father, Orban; and mother, Madeline.
She is survived by her six children: Dean, Niki (Kevin) Robert (Nancy), Shawn (Melissa), Casey and Brandy (Andrey); 18 grandchildren: Chase, Jordan, Kevin, Ryan, Matt, Macren, Zandren, Brayden, Dayton, Kayliana, Jaydren, Zaylynn, Ruslan, Kyleena, Zaryana, Kaedyn, Ethan and Rylan; four great-grandchildren Hunter, James, Zane, Esa; her five sisters, Mary, Faye, Merna, Linda and Brenda; two brothers, Larry and Darrel; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 6, 2017 at the Boise Church of the Latter-day Saints, 2323 N. Maple Grove Rd. Burial followed at the Bramwell Cemetery in Emmett, Idaho. Services were under the direction of Bowman Funeral Parlor, Garden City, Idaho.
