Idaho family stands in front of the “Medicaid Mobile” during a successful "Medicaid for Idaho” tour of the state this past August. "Medicaid for Idaho” is working to put Medicaid Expansion on the ballot in November, 2018. This initiative would benefit the 78,000 people in Idaho that lack access to affordable health care and have fallen into the 'Medicaid Gap’ — those who earn too much money to qualify for Medicaid but not enough to afford insurance on the state health care exchange. Petition signatures from 6 percent of registered voters in Idaho are needed to get Medicaid Expansion on the ballot.
