Fifteen take top honors in local PTA Reflections arts contest

With a theme of “What is Your Story?” Grangeville saw a large percentage of its students enter the 2016-17 PTA Reflections contest. “There were 123 entries this year,” said Genny Lutz, Grangeville Elementary Middle School PTA volunteer, who has organized the program for many years.
