Photo detail

Just more than 150 people came out Saturday, May 13, for Hope Center’s 10th Annual Walk for Life. Beginning at the Sts. Peter and Paul Parish Hall, the group had a breakfast served by the Knights of Columbus. Then they set off, taking the walk through downtown Grangeville. Back at the hall, speaker Russ Daines shared some memories of his ministry with Operation Rescue. He encouraged the group to continue taking a stand to protect babies from abortion, citing scriptures such as Proverbs 24:10-12 as the mandate to take action. Donated prizes were awarded to the Nezperce Christian Church, Glenda Frei, the Gulotta kids, Tyler Robb, and the Tri-Parish Youth Group for bringing in the most donations. Door prizes were won by Joel Hardin, Sadie and Donna Kopczynski, and Augustyne Warden. The best guesses on the money in the baby bottle went to Rachel Gulotta and Jenna Murdock.
