The Grangeville United Methodist Church Women held their annual bazaar and pie social Saturday, Dec. 1. Many stopped at the church to purchase the group’s famous mincemeat and pecans.

Encouragers will celebrate the season with their annual Christmas party Thursday, Dec. 6, at 11:30 a.m., at Pizza Factory in Grangeville. Christmas music will be offered by Myra Pierce, Pat Hunter, Susan Johnson and others. White elephant gifts will be exchanged. Victoria Davis, of Kamiah, will speak about her work in crisis response ministry with Reach Global, the relief arm of the Evangelical Free Church organization. Davis manages teams of workers and interns, who help those whose homes have been ruined by hurricanes or floods and have no insurance. This ministry helps to restore homes and offers spiritual ministry to those in crisis. Join the party at 126 W. Main.
