Walkout becomes awareness walk, ‘challenge’ to kids

The message at Grangeville High School Wednesday, March 14, was one of hope: Hope for change, an open dialogue and the skills to agree to disagree – but always listen. “When students came to me asking about becoming involved in the National School Walkout, I offered a challenge to them,” said GHS Principal Randall Miskin. “We got people together and decided what we wanted our participation to represent.”
