Winter Magic Tree Lighting and Lighted Parade 2017

The Winter Magic Tree Lighting (sponsored by the Horizons Recreation Committee) and the Cowboy Christmas Lighted Parade (sponsored by the Border Days Royalty) took place Saturday evening, Nov. 25, at Pioneer Park and on Grangeville’s Main Street. Here are a few highlights from the event.

As picturesque as a Norman Rockwell painting, Grangeville’s Main Street and city park drew throngs of people to town Saturday evening, Nov. 25. Families milled throughout the city as darkness fell and temperatures dropped to the mid-30s: Parents visiting, hot cocoa steaming, kids running and playing.
