GRANGEVILLE -- Cindy Prall will tell about her November missions trip to Guatemala this Thursday, April 4, at the Encouragers 11:30 a.m. luncheon. The Christian women's group meets at Pizza Factory, 126 W. Main, in Grangeville on the first Thursday of each month.

Prall travelled with a group of 20 people, who helped at an orphanage for 132 children, and at a home for 19 special needs children. They did crafts, baked cupcakes, and showed individual attention to the orphans, and painted, baked, and helped where needed. A highlight of the trip was staying in a motel 14 miles from an erupting volcano.

Prall, a retired teacher, and her husband, Ron, live in Kamiah and are active in Grangeville Gospel Tabernacle church.
