This Thursday, Oct. 25, at both 2 and 7 p.m., the Historical Museum at St. Gertrude will celebrate a new exhibit on Idaho characters with an open house and guest speaker Cort Conley, author of numerous books on Idaho, including “Idaho for the Curious.”
The tour and presentation of “Idaho’s Famous Characters” will include Polly Bemis, Buckskin Bill, Frances Wisner, Ray Holes and more. This is the final event of the annual Historical Museum Fall Lecture Series.
A Q&A session will follow the lecture. This event is free and light refreshments are provided. The presentation will begin in the Johanna Room of Spirit Center and then continue to the Historical Museum for the tour, located at 465 Keuterville Road, Cottonwood.
