Pictured are 14 huge grain sacks full of aluminum cans that the people of the Clearwater community gathered yearlong and donated to the Clearwater QRU Ambulance fund. Doug and Nancy Sutton drove them to the Lewiston recycle center Thursday, Oct. 15. They weighed 950 pounds and $313 was collected. According to Susanne Smith, “The collection of the cans is yearlong and ongoing. The community of Clearwater cares.”
