During the two weeks since last check on April 15, the state coronavirus.idaho.gov website listed 488 new cases, bringing the statewide total to 1,952 cases. The Idaho Division of Public Health has reported, by county, Ada (662), Blaine (497), Canyon (250) and Twin Falls (165) with triple digits. The North Central district, which includes Idaho County as well as Clearwater, Latah, Lewis and Nez Perce counties, has so far reported 16 deaths — all in Nez Perce County. Three cases apiece have been reported in Idaho County, with a total of 59 in the district — including 50 cases in Nez Perce county, of which nine are listed as probable rather than confirmed. The state has logged 173 hospitalizations, with 73 admitted to intensive care and 60 deaths due to the COVID-19 coronavirus. The state has also logged 1,087 recoveries.
