Midvale City Council met in regular session Monday, March 11. After two months of meetings, the committee examining the nuisance ordinance of the city submitted a rough draft to the council.

Items addressed in the nuisance ordinance include insecure buildings deemed unsafe, obnoxious matter such as garbage and manure, noise, open unhealthful excavations, unhealthful animal pens as determined by SW District Health, animals raised for commercial slaughter, and abandoned vehicles.
