I’m writing to thank Senator Crabtree for standing up for the rights of Idahoans. Your vote allows us to decide for ourselves whether or not Marsy’s Law should be enshrined in the Constitution. Thank you for recognizing that freedom to choose should reside with the people and should not be decided by a few people in the statehouse in the great state of Ada.

Whether or not you support Marsy’s Law, I hope other Idahoans will appreciate Senator Crabtree’s willingness to remove power from the government and give it directly to the people of Idaho to vote on the important decision of whether or not to amend the Constitution.
