“2018 will be the biggest election for Idaho in a generation,” stated Jonathan Parker, new chair for the Idaho Republican Party. He – along with candidates for state and federal offices — addressed around 250 attendees last Friday night, March 9, at the Lincoln Day Dinner. This year’s event, held at the Greencreek Community Hall, was jointly sponsored by the Idaho and Lewis county Republican central committees.

There has recently not been enough interest in elections board positions in certain counties to meet demand, Kelli Brassfield, the Idaho Association of Counties government affairs associate, told the committee.
