The Grangeville boys and girls basketball district tournaments are being penciled in as seedings become more clearly determined by the Central Idaho League’s regular season.

The girls tournament is penciled to feature an elimination game at 6 p.m. Feb. 4 at Deary between the CIL’s second and third seeds – to be determined by the Grangeville-St. Maries showdown at 1 p.m. Jan. 26 at GHS. Double elimination play is scheduled to continue at 6 p.m. Feb. 6 at Genesee, 6 p.m. Feb. 7 at Genesee and 7 p.m. Feb. 9 at Deary, if necessary.

The boys tournament will be at Troy, with details to be determined at a scheduling meeting school officials are set to hold Jan. 30.
