NAMPA – Four Prairie Pirates and one Notus Pirate scored double-digit points on Thursday, Feb. 14, with Madison Shears and India Peery notching 14 apiece and Ciara Chaffee and Theresa Wemhoff adding 13 apiece for the Cottonwood squad.

Notus’s Destiny Quebrado scored a game-high 16 for Notus, but that amounted to more than half her team’s total on a day Prairie prevailed 78-31.

IDHSAA stat-keepers logged 44 Notus turnovers and 31 Prairie steals.

Prairie will play Shoshone at 6:15 p.m. MT Friday night, Feb. 15, with the winner to play for the 1AD1 state title Saturday.
